Our Goals

It is our desire that all clients and visitors would develop lifelong skills, as well as a greater appreciation for community connectivity, through therapeutic strategies and support, educational opportunities, and relational experiences. 

Our Inspiration

We are driven by our passions, educational experiences, and our own encounters with both joy and sorrow.  Our youngest son was our hero.  We watched him push through terminal illness with joy because of his personal connection with others, as well as animals. We have seen that same outcome in ourselves and others, utilizing the same access to nature and animals. Therefore, we believe in passing forward those opportunities for shared experiences through WhistleStop Acres.
